Has anybody had this setup on there MK2/3 Swift GTi, and what did you have your koni shocks adjusted to. The guy from Koni recommended 1/2 a turn from the softest setting to compinsate for lowering. I want it to be as soft as possible with out affecting the dampening effect.

It's too bad that no one that I know of makes a shock that is adjustable on the car. (GAB made an adjustable set, but are no longer available and were very pricey). Then there is Leda, but I haven't heard good things about them. And the Hotbits non adjustable set lowers the car too much for me and have heard that they are a very stiff suspension package.

I have this setup on my racecar, full hard all the way around.

What do you mean by

?

The DAMPING effect IS how hard/soft the suspension is.

Dampening is what a baby does to a diaper.

Your stock setting will be dependant on 1 thing. That is your preference in driving. What is good for someone racing, may not be good for someone auto-xing or driving on the street.
My double adjust koni's with race valving are set 6/12 rebound and 4/6 compression. With coil overs heavy springs, this is a fairly "neutral" race set up.

If you have the money, buy LEDA's. They are really good shocks and light years aheah of whats availble off the shelf for suzuki's
