i have a 96 sedan and want to put everything from it (suspension) into the 90, so it can be done but need to cut the coils 1.5 ring front and 1 ring rear, and need to install everything from the 96 car even the steering rack and a arms, are the brakes bigger in the 96 as well? will i need to swap the master? thanks

Front and rear lower control arms are longer on the new car, I think they'd cause big camber problems on the older chassis. I'd change the master cylinder and proportioning valve, they're different brakes. Not sure about the coil cutting, I'd think equal front and rear. The sedan has stiffer rear springs to start with.

ok im going to go do this this morning, so basically i can bolt knuckles out including the hubs and struts if i cut the coils? are the 96 sedan and the 91 turbo going to have the same spline count?

I'm not familiar with the T3, but if the splines are like the GT then no. If the motor in the 96 is also a 3cyl and the trans is the same style, you could always swap the axles with the 96 suspension. Everything will direct swap, but the car will sit high as hell. If you cut the 96 springs you'll have camber issues.

EDIT: You don't need the steering rack, but you might need inner tie rod ends from the 96 if the old bodystyle ones are shorter.
