97 Geo Metro LSI 1.3L 5 speed not lowered yet, but will after the new tires and rims go on.
I have just aquired 14" aluminum mags for my Geo metro.
185/60-14 with a diameter of 22.7" is what I am looking at getting.
155/80-13 with a diameter of 22.8" is what is on the car now.
Questions are:
What brand tire would you use?
Would you buy them again?

I use kumho solus. Good tires for just getting around town. Tire wear is even and last past their prime.

Question is: What are you wanting out of a tire? Good all weather tire? Race tire? Directional? The list goes on. Check your fitment as well. How far of a drop are you going? that will help you in that department as well.

I am running 175/65 r14 on stock GT steelies w/ hub caps of all things. The car has been getting a steady 45 mpg all summer long. I am running cheap tires right now but the next set will probably be Kuhmo. This a factory Neon size tire. The fat tires pictured on the car cost 3 mpg all day long.

Well these nisson 280Z pre 1984 wheels have the wrong offset.
They stick out of the wheel wells about 1.5"
What is the right wheel offset that I need for a 1997 Geo Metro.
FYI I will be selling off the 280Z wheels. They will come with the
right lug nuts and wheel center. No rim dings but they could use another clear coat on them.
