 Post subject: crx caliper question

Hey so i have a caliper and theres a cap over one of the bolts, and i cant wrap my head around how to tighten this, unless the cap comes off?

if my memory is good the lower pin is bolted on the caliper bracket and you just slide on & off the caliper on it, try to pull with you finger to see what inside the caliper( the other side in have thread on it ? or simply hollow and miss the allen bolt?)
