Well, it's a very interesting and very simple programmable EFI controller and the software looks quite friendly too. BUT it doesn't control ignition, just fuel and it is a batch type instead of a sequential type. Our ECMs are sequential and can take care of ignition too.
Anyway $150 is a great deal for a programmable controller.... and it has a self-tuning feature !!!!! I would builld it if I had the time and see what happens....

Most of the Aussie aftermarket computers are available in sequential these days. Or in batch fire, they work two injectors at a time, not all four.

Is it batch ? .... well one always learns new things....
I had the idea of a sequential type since there are 4 transistors switching the injectors inside the ECU... well ... now I realize it is a totem pole... I will check this out later.

The shop manual states it's a bank injected type.
Look at the wiring loom connecting to ALL of the
injectors; there is one connection, and it has two
wires...

Darryl

My engine is out for a rebuilt and I took a time to look at the injectors... All of them are connected in paralell ..... so you guys r right, it is batch fired.
