hey guys<br><br>just thought i'd let ya know.<br>i installed an SDS standalone injection. i have spent many nights, rewiring the total car. flipped the switch and did some intaill tunning with car off. <br>then double checked everything and said "what the hell" flipped the start switch. and wam.<br><br>the thing fired to life with less then 1/2 and crank.<br> um cool<br>oh yeah MAF's suck the throttle response is crazy. the thing sounds way meaner <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :) --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br><br>more tunning later, and then the big turbo kit<br><br>later<br>MURR <p></p><i></i>

Sounds cool... did you install a MAP sensor ? You ignored the lambda right ? yeah the car is now fitted with a 3 bar map sensro awaiting the big turbo. the o2 sensor is hooked into new computer for closed loop and it is hooke dto my o2 meter for tuning<br>MURR <p></p><i></i>

yes it also controls ignition.<br><br>I am using an older system i had lying around and finally put on due to the turbo that is up and coming.<br><br>man well worth it. very easy to program if u know what to do. no labtop or expensive software to buy.<br><br>www.sdsefi.com<br>sds -simple digital systems<br>nuf said<br>sure it ain't a motec but they start at 5000usd and go higher and higher<br> <p></p><i></i>

The base Motec here is only AUS$4000 or so....why so dear there? that is almost double....the dealers tehre must be making a tidy profit.... <p></p><i></i>
