I was just wondering if anyone knew any places near Saskatchewan that do the ceramic exhaust header coating and do a good job of it. If I have to I will ship it farther off but I would like to keep it in Canada.

Thanks for any help.

Kool Kote in Langley BC did my Genie last fall there are before and after pics in my gallery.
I was really please with the result considering how rusty it had been.
Also with the heat reduction and gains in performance it gave my GTi
They do jobs and ship all over North America, they have a website also so you can see what they do.
Cost to do my header inside and out was $165 plus tax.

How has it held up so far to the winter conditions?

Mind posting their website as well? :D

It has so far held up extremely well compared to the crappy original paint Genies used.
I highly recommend it be done to any header, specially if its up front with all the road crap that our exhaust manifolds are subjected to.
Here is their website link.
http://www.koolcoatceramiccoatings.com/

In the summer after putting the header back on, I noticed a huge drop in underhood temp with the coated header compared to how it was before.

I wish I had done it before the header go so pitted from a year or so driving the car everyday, the previous owner had the header installed about a year or two before I bought the car.
But they really cleaned it well and after the coating you can see the pitting a little but the header had no holes or thin metal areas.
If anyone buys a new Genie, the blue coating wont last more than a year or two.
If you want it to look nice, get it coated before you install it.
