Congratulations to your "local machinist" for a nice looking job!

It's not necessary to balance it because the only unsymmetrical portion
is the keyway cutout.
It is small, at a close radius, and the rpms these run at (<7k) it's minimal.
(if it was turning 40k+ rpm then it's a different ballgame)
