Remove the HVAC knobbies....take out radio/hvac bezel screws...once bezel is out, radio brackets should be held in with some phillips screws...

thats my problem the knobs wont come off and the heater controls are behind the bezel not apart of it, i managed to get the bottom part of the bezel off but the top where the radio is wont come loose. am i missing a screw or something? i even removed part of the center console thinking there was a screw there.

I checked Alldata, they say that on a '91 Metro, there is a bolt at the back of the radio, and you need radio removal forks that fit into either side of the face plate...but I don't know if that applies to the Swift as well...

I can't figure out how to remove my stock radio at all. I dont see anything that holds the bezel on. I'm clueless! I bought a factory manual and its not help. Manuals directions say "Remove Radio". Great how the hell do I do that!

What install kit did you buy to install the new radio? I'm very frustrated even my old 86 truck was much simpler, and they actualy made an install kit for it!
