those are tweeters (guess you're talking about very small speakers), you should have a set included with any good quality aftermarket speakers

Double-sided tape works well too, if you don't want them flush-mounted.

The wire doesn't need to be anything special, 14ga wire should be more than adequate, although I use 12ga. Any good component set should have the right wire and connectors for the job.
