Well, after buying the car from another guy...Sony amp and some top of the line speakers (6 in all), I upgraded to the Rockford Punch 12" box (dual 12s and two horn tweeters). I applied the only colored yellowed amp called Lightning Audio (same company), for the bass and one under the passenger seat to run the other 6 speakers.

Man!!!!! Only pushing hte volume to 20, the hair was moving back and forth. You can feel the bass going through your body.

What is really cool is the LIGHTNING ICON glows at night in the back and under the seat. I still have two more ten inch bass to put in later that part of the yellow paint scheme...

I've heard a similar set up and it wasn't bad. So nice with a small car to get so much bass with relatively little power.

Well there is a mirror (ofcourse) but there are 4 12" Rockies.

Im still busy with installing my car audio, but i have already some stuff build in to make some airwaves.

The two 10" subs (Magnat) will be sortly joined by two 12" subs (MTX) in one housing where the 12" sub now is (against the couch). The Magnat 12" sub will be placed in the floor where the amps are mounted now. Than my reserve wheel will be mounted over de 12" sub as a sort of protection and insurance for a flat tyre. The two MTX amps and Macrom amp will be mounted on the back of the couch with the Caliber Elco. So my Swiffy is going to boom some more and i hopefully win some prices at the DB Drag contests overhere in the catogery Sedan.
Tsiouw ciaoPhilip

Well your right. Anyone who listens to music that loudly will go deaf in a short period of time. I used my system to compete in SPL(sound pressure level) competitions. Everyday listening doesn't usualy go over 15 on a deck that goes to 35.Listen to your music safely...or face the consequences.

Everybody has his or hers joyfull things where they get their kicks, cuz thats it. I am a Suzuki freak, love my car and like to listen to music. So why not combine these factors and have some headbanging fun in a great hobby.

I started simple in my first 1.0 3 cyl. Swift 1985 with a cheapo basstube and a simple amp, but than you want to go further and harder (maybe i became deaf, lol). Every guilder/buck goes into my car (not that smart) other people spend money on fancy cloths, partying & drinking or console gaming.

Anyway, your right its not good for the sensitive ears when the volume is continu on a high level (me not do that all the time *grin*, .... But its GREAT!!!!
( I want to see the bass drill, i want to feel that bass drill!!)
Anduh when reached a spl of 150 Db than you have reached the ear deaving sound of a jetfighter (so i've heard)
Tsiouw ciaoPhilip

I too used to compete.............but for sound guality............bass is just a bonus! I would think that with all the subs at opposing angles etc you would have a problem with cancelling and confused phasing etc. (just my thoughts)

check mine out at

www.lobase.homestead.com/install.html

Keep those RPM's high!www.lobase.homestead.com/lobase.html
