so in my sprint right now i have 2 10" kicker comps in a ported box but this summer i am planing on removing the rear seats and putting 2 15" l7s back there would this set up weigh about the same as if i had my 2 comps and back seat in there?

Why not look up the specs for both drivers to get an idea of the weight difference first? The 15's are going to weigh a good margin more than the 10's. A bigger enclosure for the 15's will add a lot of weight to (0.75" MDF is about 3lbs a square foot IIRC) the car. Can't see the seats weighing more than the added weight of the 15's+enclosure.

I have had 2 15 l7's in the back of mine with the bottom of the back seat out. Trust me you knew something was back there.
