I have a question that will probably sound stupid to you folks that know what you are doing. I have a radio out of a Honda Civic that I am installing in my car. The radio has connections for 4 speakers. My car has only 2 speakers. I think someone once told me that running an amplifier without speakers hooked up was bad for the amplifier. So do I need to do anything special with the extra speaker connections?

Just leave them disconnected. Won't hurt a thing.

I had another idea that was wondering about. If the fader (front - Back) inadvertently gets adjusted towards the back the sound from the front speakers would be reduced. Can I wire both lefts together and both rights together so the the front - back fade would not have any effect?

Don't wire them together. I did that once and got no sound at all.

leave em off, mine runs front speakers only and I leave my fade %100 front and have a preamp to send rca power to my sub amp.

edit: front said from... and it didnt make sence lol
