Ok I did a quick search under a few different titles and nothing came up. So here goes. I have a 1987 sprint turbo and am trying to install a set of planet audio 3.5" coaxels in the front but am having a hell of a time getting to the driver side one. My question is do I have to take the dash all apart to get to it or is there an easier way around this that I am being retarded and not seeing? I already have the passenger side one installed and it fits perfect in the hole where the old one was.

If I rember right, yes you will have to pull out the gauge cluster in order to get to the speaker, and even that is a bit of a pain in the ass..

meh once I got the speedo cable loose from the trans it went beautifully and now my car sounds awesome. :) the new planet audio kevlar 3.5" in front and a pair of eclipse 6x9s in the back with a mtx 10 inch sub in a sealed box. plus a 400 watt 4 channel amp for the mids and highs and a 400 watt mono block for the sub :)
