how hard would it be to convert a car from left hand to right hand drive?

i've seen it done on a VW. but with the engine out-front it might require more manufacturing on the transaxle/engine layout as your engine might get in the way of where your steering column needs to be. if you have to turn everything around you might even have to get a custom cam so the engine can run CCW.

either way you'd have to get used to shifting left handed. :D

EDIT: i just did some searching around and it doesn't apear that you'd have to switch everything around, maybe just euro steerage hardware, drill some holes? it's probably more complicated than that, but i wouldn't think it would be much more complicated.

Why would you want to? i know its more JDM but heck why waste time and possibly money, when you could use it on other performance mods, i would do it but thats because i live in the UK and we drive on the other side of the road, also if you do this conversion and something goes wrong you may be compromising your safety and car insurance,

my 2 cents

That is a good point, especially when in the UAE, they've got RHD Skylines converted to LHD (apparently RHD cars are illegal over there):
