I just got it about 3 months ago from an older guy who was't sure on the belt change. I'm not sure about anything else. The tranny shifts good and I changed the fluid about a month ago.

Sorry I forgot to answer all your questions. It gets great gas milage but I've never actually calculated it.

Milage for these cars is 42 HWY 36 City if you can keep your foot out of it
but you cant do it these cars are rush over 4G's
way to much fun! should be Illegal to have that much fun
