I am sadly selling this motor that came out of my sprint. Story is, I bought the car probably about 8/9 years ago off an old couple that pulled it behind a camper. Therefore it had very low miles on it but a decent amount of rust. I drove it for a couple years but kept on having to weld motor mounts and such and eventually ended up scrapping the poor little thing but not before pulling the engine.
This engine comes complete with turbo, intercooler, wiring harness, ECU. MAF. I actually took a sawzall and cut out the entire wiring harness for the car without unplugging anything. So this engine has about 60k miles internally. From sitting in my garage, the alternator froze up but everything else turns alright. I installed a new clutch probably about 1000 miles before retirement. Included.
I've kept it around this long because I was planning on using it for some swap, like an MG midget, mini or Lotus 7 but I am probably moving into the city here soon and have to get rid of a lot of stuff.

Is that a Starion or a Conquest pictured next to the Sprint ?? I almost bought a low mile mint condition Conquest for dirt cheap, but my big butt couldn't drive it comfortably.

That's my old conquest. Fun car, but honestly the sprint was more fun. You should have jumped on that deal.Swap out some seats and you're good.

LOL I know. it was a 1 owner, garage kept, 87k miles. Guy was moving out of state and couldn't take it. This was in 2003 and he only wanted $2k for it. I still think about it occasionally.

I would love to see this go into a classic mini (Preferably in my garage) but yeah, The Netherlands is a little far. I'd imagine shipping would be a little pricey.

shipping would be as much as you sending it to California. i shipped a car to Central America for only 400 bucks. and that went from Atlantic ocean, to The Pacific Ocean.

Sir this is not the motor your looking for
these are "Gateway Motors"
........................................... just a little bit next thing you know you need a little more shedding weight asking stranger
if they could hook you up source to get speed parts cause you want score a Cam...not good
and so the quest for more continues.
It's a sickness really
Stick with your twin cam you'll be ok

Ok, sorry for the delay man. I actually got the quote Monday but keep forgetting to post it. If the package doesn't weigh more than 150 lbs. It will cost right about $200 to ship.
