This should be an easy fix. There is a small triangle shaped cover near the bottom of this unit, held down with 3, 10mm headed bolts. Pull that cover. Under it you will find a small cast iron cap. Shaped like a larger thimble. Pull the 12mm bolt and turn it around to the opposite direction. You will have to pull the shift tower on top too, so that you can pull up the main shift lever. Then onces it bolted back together, try it before you seal it all up. I hope this helps.
