Hey guys I have some custom SRD pistons for sale. They are .120" over bore, with plasmoly rings 12.5 to 1, with the tops shaved .060" There were shaved to help clear the big 3Tech cam I was running. This pistons have never been run. There is a small crease on the one side where it hit the valve in testing. I had the local machine shop look and they said its no issue. These fit the early Metro head, not the later G10 one. They were custom orders from SRD, but he messed it up and sent me the wrong ones. I paid well over $600 for the pistons and rings. They have been static and spin balanced too. The stock rods they are on have been balanced both static and spin. Have had the wrist pins on the rods polished so they are full floating on the pins. It was about $150 for the balancing, more machining was done to this project. There is a copper reusable head gasket that comes with it that was about $150, its .090" PM me if your interested in these parts. I am asking $500+ shipping for all of it. $50 extra if you want a borable block with all of this. Here is a list of everything that is for sale. I am not going to part it out. This is a package deal. It will come in 2 boxes. One for the piston and other parts, one just for the crank

SRD custom pistons, 12.5 to 1, '120" over bore. (their big'uns) Tops shaved .060" shaved. They are spin and static balanced. Comes with plasmoly rings. That is just paint on top of the pistons.
Stock rods also spin and static balanced, with the wrist pin end polished so they are floating, they come with new rod studs and nuts.
.090 reusable copper head gasket
Main and Rod bearings that were used in the balancing.

Just so its clear, these pistons are made for the early 3 cly head, not the G10s. They will work with the G10. but its no an interference engine. I have a lot of $ that is not listed in all of this. But want to get it off my shelves. Let me know.

Yes they will, but the valve reliefs are set up for the early head. It will work with the later G10 head. But it will no longer be a noninterference engine.

Maybe you should change heading of your ad so its not confusing people . Looks like you have parts for '85-'88 Mk1 cars which were sold as Chevrolet Sprint NOT Metro . For those wanting to split hairs , yes , in '88 there was base model called Sprint Metro. So still, they were all Chevrolet Sprints . Mk2 '89-'94 were known as Metros
