Thought it might be appropriate to post some parts a buddy of mine has for sale on here. He had planned to do a custom turbo setup on a 97 metro, but lost interest and never spent the time and money to figure out proper engine management. He did have this manifold and turbo setup made by a very competent fabricator and the car had center exit exhaust, mini cooper style.

The hot side is built, but the intake side has not. It has been tested and does make boost. The intercooler, included, he planned to use is from a Mitsubishi. The NA head he had was going to be drilled for injectors, but that's around the time he lost interest.

All the difficult stuff has been done. He is looking to sell as a complete setup for $200. The manifold alone is worth that much. The catalytic converter does not come with the package.

PM me.

what turbo is it and how does he propose to remove the catalytic converter as it is welded to the flex pipe and divorced waste gate down pipe?

I'm confused, is this a non-oil turbo? I cannot tell how it will drain.

I just see 3 nipples... I don't know where another nipple is... probably bottom of the turbo.

BTW, I would take the manifold only, but turbo is included for $200 which is not bad deal. :-P

As low as that turbo sits I can't see how it will drain into the oil pan.
