I have a supplier here in Australia doing prototype clear taillights moulded off factory lenses in clear urethane, have already managed clear guard indicators and am waiting (8 months now) for a return on my paid job for a centre light panel.
Trouble is the delay is becoming unbearable, especially considering the cash upfront cost of producing the moulds etc. WITH NO RETURN CURRENTLY
If there is a supplier who is willing to produce groupbuy or whatever neg deal on finished product in reasonable turnaround time, I have a listing of willing customers lining up here in Australia.

Think your going to have to get the whole assembly done bewitched to get any real interest. I deal with alot of clients and businesses as i'm sure others do as well, if you really want to this to work you'll have to invest your own money in this to work. You can't excpet some miracle supplier to just take you up on this with no certainty that the things will even sell. Just being realistic here.

My advise would be to pump a few grand into this project, get a few units done and sell them directly from yourself. Then once you have an a record of sales, and if it was sucessful, write a business proposal to your potential clients, showing there is interest for these items, and that it would be a profitable venture. You'll get alot of knock backs, but if you stick at it, you will find someone. Start with the local market, there a dozens of aftermarket kit places in Australia that you could try.

 Hertz, I couldnt agree more....i know how to, how much, what i`ll need..and profit\expense recoop margins.....but yeah...anyone wanna invest  I will get there..but i gotta put my own dollars into it..and yes, a few grand (au) will set this up....gettin that "few" grand..well
I dont sell drugs...
Yes I will be producing full sets. I had th centre section created as a marketable prototype..so I have progressed further than most "dreamers".....but yeah its a matter of time :(
