just had an idea the other day, if i can offer underdrive pulleys cheaper than what you find on line 100 for ac 70 without who all would be interested.

one stipulation would be.

would probably be able to anodize only one color, although if you accepted plain billet alum. it would be just a little cheaper

heres the thing my dad owns a cnc shop and he just got a lathe that isnt that tied up i can pretty much do this in a month or two

i want to see if anyone is interested before i start pricing material, programming and machinetime.

i will also determine grade of material 6061 7075, either way its all aircraft quality

I can make them for $35 red ano and all and have before. Try rethinking the price to generate interest.

lets see if i bought one from you at 35 then had it shipped to the u.s. i would of paid about the same as buying one off of me shipping it across the u.s.

this is more for people in the UNITED

but i just read my post and i think i maybe confusing people

on line you get them for 100 and 70

i could get them done for probably a little more than half the price, so the ac would probably be around 60 anodized and none around 40-50

this of course all depends on how many people are interested.

Shipping from Canada to the states for one of these is $5, or less.

My pulley looks just like that. I've never seen 1.6 Samarai, but my coworker's is a 1.3. It just has one more cylinder than my 1.0 with all the same pistons, rods, bearings.... So it's the same pulley too as the sprint.

(fine print...turbo sprints have different pistons etc)

I don't know about the swift though. If it looks the same, and is from the same generation of Suzuki, it'll probably fit.

Edit........It looks like the tracker/sidekick came with a 1.6 with is the next generation.
