I have found a company that makes the factory power window racks for the 2dr cultus (aka: swift). These are brand new. How many people would want them? I am tring to get an idea of how many we would want. I do have a picture of the part; If you would like to see it. Post your e-mail. Please only people that want to buy. I need to get an idea of how many, so I can get the price right. So let me know inthe next couple of days.

Yes, depending on the price. I constantly have to role down the window on the Marine base while checking for identification. I was looking for a roof mounted ralley air scoop to keep the cabin cooler during the summer months and not bothering rolling down the windows due to loud music in the car.

Please send a pic to stlaurents@mctssa.usmc.mil

Thanks

The more people that want them the better deal I can get. The company is in South Africa. I know the models in Canada and overseas had the option; But no one seems to be able to get them.

No, I did not see the emblem. If someone has a picture let me know.

The company I was going to get them through. Does not do them any more. Talk to some member in Canada. They can get it from a junkyard or from a dealer.

If you guys want power windows just buy an aftermarket universal kit. They use simple power motors and tracks that you just cut to length. I installed one in my truck and it took roughly 3-4 hours total. Cost was about $300 canadian dollars for everything including switches. Pretty cheap.

Cheers,
Rick

I have found a way to get a factory style power window regulator and motor. It is a direct bolt in. It does not have any factory plugs on it. Also does not come with switches. But you can bolt it in. They are a bit of money. Between $250.00 and 300.00 USD for the pair. If someone wants to put together a group buy for Canada based people. So, I can deal with one person and ship to one person. They they ship to everyone else. I will see about the specific details on the price and time frame to get them. Everyone else in the US. I will deal with direct. Everyone else I will need to see. The shipping would be freight collect with any dutes. Like I said. Someone will need to be recponcable for the buy for Canada based people. Do not post asking for pictures or PM me, etc.. I will see about getting a picture of them for every one.
I have a set or factory regulators and motors. That the regulators are worn. I might sell. But I may just keep them for spare parts.
Oh, I almost forgot. The motor that is used on the ones I found is different. A bit smaller, stronger. But other than that. They are the exact same as the factory ones.
