I am looking at having some Lexan headlight covers made and wondering if anyone is interested. It would be for the "a la camaro" ones like these.

The price would probably be around $20-30 plus shipping. Post up if interested. I am taking template in Monday for the "Man" to do his thing with them. I would ship the USPS priority 2-3 day ship anywhere in continental US only.

Edit: I have some done now and pics of them.

i just did it myself. makes sense -- more streamlined and mpg. protects headlight.

perhaps 1/4 mpg. hard for me to measure because of route variations. saves $0.0004 /mi or $4/10k miles. ?????

You need a "headlight door". What is that?

The surround around the light. That is what it is called in a parts book or parts lookups.

what were they smoking? doors usualy have hinges or rails and open. i call it a surround. i have one spare and it is a Left side. i can also make you a pr of Lexan covers -- see my Album. PM or email to make a deal. i can likely get you a L turn signal. how soon do you need it?
