I may be missing something but, do any of these have the 2 belt for AC? In Vegas, AC is a must. I cant tell from the pic and tried to find in this thread something about the 2 belt pully.

thanks

OK ladies, I'm looking at doing a run of pulleys and hopefully get enough interest to be able to sell them for $50 each plus shipping. I'll have to weigh them to be sure, but I expect shipping to be about $8, and definitely no more than $10. If it is, I'll cover the difference. Remember I'm shipping small packet air from Canada.

They will be 4"/100 mm diameter (25% under drive) , 4 groove (will also work on 3 groove cars) single pulley with 4 or 5 bolt holes as required.
I don't have a price for the anodizing yet, but don't expect it to change the pricing. If it does, they will either be available in plain aluminum, or anodized at the higher price, depending on what you guys want. If anodized, there will only be one colour, and I haven't determined what it will be yet.
Order qty will determine final price, but I hope to get enough interest to justify a run of 50-100 pulleys, and keep it at $50.

I found a small mistake on the pulleys, so they're going back for a minor alteration. The keyway is not quite deep enough. It will be re-cut, so the finish will be slightly different than the rest of the pulley.
I should be ready to ship by mid-next week.
Cost will be $50 + $10 shipping for one, $15 for two in N. America. Outside N. America, please contact me beforehand for a shipping quote.

Paypal is fine to 3tech@teamswift.net Payment is in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
There is a tab in the payment section where you can choose the currency you choose to pay with. PP will do the conversion for you.

If PP doesn't work for you, contact me for alternate arrangements.

Information I need with your payment is as follows.
Year of car.
Motor in car.
Number of bolts.
How many pulleys you want.

The address in your account is the only address I will ship to.
If there is no address with your account, include it and your name, with the note.
I will not be able to accept any separate information via PM or email.

Paypal was sent for two, although I forgot to tag the purchase with my screen name.

My address and cars specified should give it away though.

Thanks,
Andrew

Just an update.

I didn't end up getting them until late Thursday, and had to work all weekend. It was my plan to get them all out today, but I woke up at 5 AM sicker than a dog. I was able to get out to the shop just before supper and figure out the jigs, and drilling sequence for the different patterns. I will try to finish them up tonight, and ship tomorrow.

If you paid via paypal and are wondering if I got it, check your own account. It will include the address of where the payment went. I did receive one payment without an address from Chris M.

Let's hope they work as good as they look

FYI, I've shipped a bunch to Australia already and the cost isn't bad
$21 for one and $38 for two via air shipment.

I think it's been shipped, but I am not able to cross reference peoples usernames with their real names and addresses. Send me an email if you would like to know.

Mike, were you able to notch the edge of the outer pulley for a timing light reference? The ones ssgti made, which is what I have, did not seem to be notched.
