The guy told me to he would have the stuff in the mail over 2 weeks ago?
It's been about a month since I ordered the the stuff.I'm in nc,he's in fl.Right down the road
I was just looking for reinforcement that this is a good dude?
And that he's not going to stiff me,never dealt with him before...
He seems like good dude
We'll see...

I'll give you my experiences with SuzukiRD. I ordered the Stage II cold air intake and a new exhaust manifold gasket. I waited 28 days after checking out and paying for it before I finally called them to see what was up. Turns out they were waiting for a proper sized air filter and promised to ship it out the next moment they could. It took an additional week to arrive and all was well. The second time I was going to order the Voigtland springs and aluminum underdrive pulley from their site but their payment thing was effed. I ended up calling them and ordering over the phone. Everything went smoothly there except I ended up paying $130 extra due to $65 shipping and $75 duty.

I have probably too much patience, but in the end everything resolved itself. Sucks things went south for you but I would still do business with them. I know they do sell some of their stuff on ebay as well so it might be helpful to go that route since eBay has such a tough stance on what sellers can get away with.

Well,it's good to hear some good news. He really seems like a good guy...

I've only ever had one other instance like this and it was on eBay.
I used my patience and waited....then waited some more. In the end, I waited too long!
Bye bye cash...that was only a hundred. Mr Andi has about 1500$ of mine.
It makes me a little nervous when things aren't moving with forward momentum.

He has got 10 days to reply to PayPal with a tracking number,or they credit me back the funds!
Which is pretty cool.
He would be wise to make good on this. It seems like this site could help....or hinder his business.
Personally, I'd like to help it! Hell, I don't know of another site like his? Do you guys?

There used to be SSGTI.net but they haven't updated a thing since 2009 and they don't reply to emails so i'm figuring it's been abandoned. I'm willing to give SuzukiRD a lot of chances because they have product that isn't available or would take you (or just me) months to find a proper equivalent.

I'm really hoping they come through for you. What all did you purchase?

I have dealt several times with SuzukiRD, my experiences have been very similar. The products are very good but it takes FOREVER for them to get them in and ship them out, he is a good guy with good intentions just not the most efficient business. Andi even drove to the Miami airport once to personally deliver an LSD to me while I was on a stopover flying home, but still, anytime I buy something from them I have to grit my teeth and it tests my patience.

Ok,time to update

In the end, mr Andi came through. He was a little slow off the line but made a good finish.
Ultimately in business, you need to do what you said you would do...exactly!
It builds trust and it's good for both sides.
I'm not sure if these guys are way busy of what the deal is.
I order many parts from many places and don't have the issues i've had with these guys.
Basically, my advice would be to keep on him(andi)
I love the website...it's friggin awesome
The parts are way cool!
Holy sh@t this little car is fun!

I would order from them again. I would only use PayPal for leverage.30 days is key for PayPal.
They will keep your cash safe,so no worries.
Happy motoring!

Glad to hear it went well in the end. Yeah i've figured that one thing to really speed up any processes with SuzukiRD is to talk to them in person as opposed to ordering online, and then following after a week if things aren't happening quick enough. Like I said i'll definitely buy from them again as well, i'm just gonna wait til I have money for a few things so I don't get killed with duty like last time.

Maybe, just maybe... they don't hold any stock whatsoever and buy in or get fabricated per order?

that is a low risk, hi gain business model but ya don;t expect return business eh,....

I'm pretty sure the way they are able to hold Suzuki stock without going under is because they do a lot of different aftermarket part distribution. I would think it would be a risky business to focus on such a slim market without having an assortment of parts for different makes.

It would be risky to be IN this business having a stock of assorted parts. Its simple business rules. Stock = dead cashflow.
