Looks like it was converted in the past to R134a (new fittings for L & H)
The system wasn't pressurized and I'm not even sure the A/C switch on the dash works.

I don't remember where to jump it to see if I can get the compressor to kick on.
If that is working then I'm gonna need to see where its leaking.

Need a damn book on the A/C system to troubleshoot & fix it right.
