sweetgeo93 and casey have threatened to show up in columbus at my house on saturday dec, 10. geozukigti has now joined the list of attendees and might even hook up with wierd one for the drive. chuckwagon and i will make the total 6 so far.

lizzie has offered to make a pot of chili and some of her pork tamales for the occasion. BYOB, i never have beers around (don't drink) but will probably have pepsi (a staple for me.)

please let me know if you want to come and i'll PM you with the street address for a mapquest direction search from your launch point. i'm pretty easy to find from the intersection of I-70 and I-71 in columbus, ohio.

planned attendance list:

SweetGeo93
Casey
Chuckwagon
GeozukiGTI
SHOW AND GO

don't worry about cars for this one. this is strictly a social gathering.

we can put together a late spring meet to get our cars together. there are lots of nice parks around columbus for that.

c'mon guys. i'm looking for responses from cticknor, midway, and more of you that are within driving range.

Nice!! Good pic of the flipped semi man. How long did you get stuck in traffic with that one? It started snowing less than a mile after the "Welcome to Michigan" sign  . Man, that drive seemed way shorter on the way down. Good times, lookin forward to the spring.

yep, it was a fun day. you guys (and gal) were a hit with my little fiona. she jabbered about the party the rest of the evening.

Image

for anyone who views the pic of that motley crew, from left to right it's:
show&go (greg) t3ragtop (richard) chuckwagon (charlie) geozukigti (alan) and sweetgeo93 (don) seated. the picture was snapped by peggy (you guys lose that we all didn't take the pic of her. :P )

i'm glad everyone made it home safely, now eat your chili.
