Well guys here's the friggen deal, if we change the date again we aren't doing it again, and Amer you had better be there! No more changing, no more talking about changing this is the date and that's, that cause booking time is a pain in the you know what and I would like to be able to book my hotel etc. in advance. Also agree with Amer we should all meet Friday if possible at Cenntenial and cruise from there.

The date then for trip to Montreal is:

Sept 15/16th 2007........

Has anyone spoken to any of the Quebec guys to see if that's even a good weekend for them? Just a thought seeing as we are changing it again.

JB

P.S. Are there any guys from out that way that would like to meet up with the convoy and cruise down?

That would be awsome, see if they have any suggestions as to where would be best for us to stay. Maybe close to the track or somewhere close to where we can all meet. We should all try and stay in the same area so as not to have people getting lost.

We may want to try and get a head count if we are all going to be trying to stay together? Just an idea? But let's see what they say cause, it maybe one of those deals were there a couple of motels in the same area.

 CAN'T WAIT TO CRUISE!!!!!

What type of event is it? As most of us would probably perfer to watch other people race since we all have to drive home and don't want to be braking anything.

Just wondering what type of track is the one that's free? is it a Drag strip or road course? SSSOOOO HARD NOT TO RACE

Thank you for posting, and helping us with the planning it is greatly appreciated, so any recommendations as to where we should stay?

JB

Called today and booked three rooms for us under my name for Friday and Saturday night.

As far as I know the deal is I have a room for Steve, a room for Rob and Pat and a room for me all to be paid on arrival.

So as it stands there are three rooms reserved for our cruise. Amer are you staying with us at the motel? or do you have other arrangments? Let me know as I am going to call tonight to confirm the beds (either 2 or 1 Have to check with Steve first cause he's a PIMP :ez_pimp: ) and if it's a smoking room :ez_smokin: .

CAN'T WAIT TO CRUISE!!!!!!!! 8)

OK here;s the deal just to make sure we're clear.

Pat, Rob & Steve - 1 room, 2 double beds, smoking (someone better bring a sleeping bag) :snore:

Amer - 1 room, 1 bed, no smoking

KC & I - 1 room, 2 beds, smoking

I spoke to Francis at the motel and she is holding the rooms for us. I am going to call her tonight and make sure the rooms will be ready and to confirm the smoking and how many beds in each room. I will confirm prices tonight and post them, and I will also arrange for us to show up at 2 in the morning cause that's the only other problem I hope someone will be in the office to let us in our rooms cause Francis said something about paying on arrival.

If you guys have any questions give my cell a call tonight after 5 other wise I will post tonight with the details.

John
