I just got my K&N in for my car today and threw it on at lunch time. This is for the MK2 turbo 3 cars. It is a universal one that is recommended for an 86' Mazda 626 2.0L turbocharged motor, and let me tell you, it fits excellent in our standard air boxes. As for power gains, ATM I would say small, not much seat of the pants difference. From a rolling start in 1st, I can actually spin the tires though without dumping the clutch or anything and get brutal wheel hop (Im running 15's). I couldn't do that before... close, but not quite. So if anybody doesn't feel like taking the MAF off the airbox and and getting a cone filter, this one is for you!

Adam

This is the same K&N that they use in the Isuzu Impulse/Geo Storm. And your right, I cannot find the OEM filter.

Did everywhere include Canadian Tire or Parts Source? Trust me, it ain't discountinued.

Edit-
Link to K&N's site

http://www.knfilters.com/search/product ... =33-2050-1

If you want, I will get the Canadian Tire specific part number so they can just order you one directly. I just got this filter two weeks ago, so everybody is BS'ing you.

Edit Again-
Canadian Tire part # 41-0122 . They will be able to look up all the stores in your area, and order you one if need be. Ordering can usually be overnight if you order before noon.
