So along with the Panhard rod I also ordered the Sway bar to Control arm, Control arm, and Trailing arm bushings. I've only had time to install the Control arm and Sway bar bushings but the difference they have made is awesome. The car can carry a lot more speed in a corner, the wheels feel planted to the ground (the rubber sway bar bushings I removed were deformed), steering response has improved, and the ride doesn't feel any rougher than before. I cannot speak for track performance only spirited driving on country roads.

Paul Grey's bushings are made by Noltec so I'm not sure if he is a reseller or if he has them make a batch to his specifications (like it says on his web site). Either way I am very happy with his products.
