Very Disappointed. About half the brightness of regular Halogen Bulbs.

I put them in the yellow vert I have been working on. I have new headlight lenses so there is no problem there.

On high beam it is hard to see anything. They are the rainbow ones and look very cool. Even when they are off and light shines on them they have a very cool looking prism. The light output seems a bit green to me and on low they are acceptable until about 40 miles per hour. On high they are not acceptable at all.

I put the old halogens back in and they are tons better. Both the original halogens and the euro dezigns bulbs are 45 watt 65 watt. So no power requirement difference. I guess they are good for cruisin and not for traveling.

Any recomendations on a good 9004 bulb? I was thinking of trying silverstars??? http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProducts/AutomotiveLighting/HighPerformance/Silverstar/

I've had good success with APC (do they even make them anymore?) and PIAA bulbs.

I know that Crappy Tire can still get APC "superwhite" xenon bulbs. I have them in my car, they are awesome!

I agree with hightemp guy. the xenon super whites are nice. in regular daylight you look at your headlights and you can still see the blue from the lights in the reflection. looks very good
