OK I got this from n1tr0 on the board. Basicaly sent him my old mount for one of his filled mounts. Get a hold of him if your interested in one.

So I got my new mount and replaced my old one...took a couple of hours due to a seized bolt and a catalytic converter in my way to get the original one off. Took about 10min to put the new one on. If all goes well I think I would estimate this as a 45min job with the right tools. This mount is a little different from the ones filled with Sikaflex or something similar in the way the it is a not an air dry type of urethane. The urethane he uses has a catalyst mixed in to make it harden. This IMO is a much better way of doing it. Always guaranteed that it is 100% cured.

The good:

So how how did it help? I noticed some slight amount of extra vibration...nothing serious and 100% streetable. I have upper and lower bars on my car so wheel hop is non-existant to begin with. There was definetly a difference with this mount though. Shifting is a bit more solid.

The bad....sort of:

I'm used to full urethane mounts or solid ones. Start the car and there is lot's of vibration. Filled mounts won't do this. Like I said, there is barely an increase in vibration. This can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Comfort isn't really comprimised with this mount and it definetly is with others...I don't mind because my Swift isn't driven on a daily basis and plans for it are going beyong what most of the guys here are doing.

The rating:

Overall for everyday users I would rate it a 8 out of 10. Make them a bit harder and I would jump them to a 10 easy. Again, I'm used to something much harder in comparison so take my opinion with that in mind. I still rate it a winner. If you race your car alot and and get really hardcore with it you will likely want something a little stiffer. My understanding is that n1tr0 may have a harder mount available in the near future so there's a good chance that I may try the new one out depending on how long it takes to get one.
