Not hard, just takes time. A lot easier if you have a GT donor vehicle. Read all you can on it, it's been covered quite a bit here.

Impossible.

There are MANY MANY posts in the CONVERSION topic. Spend a few hours and see what others have found.

You'll be swapping: engine, tranny, drive shafts, brakes, wiring harness, ECU, fuel pump. You may also have to fabricate the odd engine mount or two, plus spending a few days swearing at rusted bolts and pulling your hair out over the wiring. Sounds like fun. :twisted:

i swapped a g13b into my 92 metro vert and kept my 4.39:1 transmission from the 3 banger and my vert brakes. all i did was swap in axles from a SOHC metro sedan. i had to use most of the bits from the twincam engine - motor mounts were the same as the SOHC metro sedan's, radiator and hoses, intermediate drive shaft, shifter linkage, engine bay wiring, fuel pump, etc.
