2 questions:

1-> would that be possible to lower the weight of a geo storm enough to make it worth to put a 1.0L in it? (considering that just changing the motor would lower the weight quite a bit)

2-> from "Not worth the pain" to "As easy as stealing a candy from a baby", how much effort do you think it would take?

just to have a "metro" with a better design, and for the fun of it I guess, if it's not a sh*tload of trouble I would try doing that, otherwise I would rebuild a convertible metro...

do the vert. the storm is way too heavy for a 56 hp 3 banger to do any good. the motor mounts, axles, transmission, shifter, wiring, and ECU would have to be dealt with - whew! what a nightmare of a re-engineering project that would be. and then you'd have a car that couldn't even get out of it's own way! do the vert.

yeah, that's why it'd be a nightmare that you'd never wake up from.

easy there Gasoline Fumes, I didn't came to be treated like if I'm stupid, it's just that it's probably the best board to talk about anything that was made by geo/has the name geo attached to it. and well, I'll go with the vert if it's such a pain in the ass to do a swap like this =P

Well now - the only Geo we look at is the Geo Metro and for obvious reason - after all this is not the TEAMGeo or TEAMMetro forum is it?

Just pulling your leg a little - peace out

Add to that list any Daewoo vehicle with a Suzuki badge on it, including the Swift+
