Splines at the hub are different on gt axles. You can use MK4/5 manual trans 1.3 shafts for now just fine. But keep the gt axles. You'll need them if you decide to swap the front gt knuckles on to get the bigger gt brakes.

edit: This was mentioned in the past before you bought your engine somewhere else.

Well, trying to get some figures out through my head, so I am coming to you guys, all you wonderful knowledgeable people that you are, okay I am done brown nosing. Anyways, I was wondering about how much am I looking at for a Full Turbo build, I am talking a full rebuilt, reinforced close ratio transmission, reinforced axles, Complete rebuilt engine from the bottom to the top for high boost support, and a good/decent turbo kit? Anyone know where I can possible get the mentioned items for at least a decently cheap price, like pistons, rings, sleeves, crankshaft, valve kit, ect ect....

nowhere.

Everything costs money, if you start cutting corners you will end up paying twice as much in the end when the time comes for a properly built engine.
If your budget is short now then start saving up and do your build when you have enough money to build it with quality parts.
