i want a hayabusa motor in my metro. i know im not the first dumb redneck with this idea. who has done this before? what do i need? how do i do it?

there has been a 600cbr swap done to a 2 dr before.

2000 Firefly 1.3 SOHC 16VALVE AUTO. Goals: full restoration, achieve stock MPG and HP or higher, finished look should be 'stealthy' and unassuming. Engine will need to be rebuilt later on to restore compression levels.

do you know if the stock metro tranny bolted up to the honda motor? probly not . . . but how do i do it?

I didn't realize the Hayabusa was a Honda :huh: haha
I also didn't know the Honda Hayabusa had an external transmission :lol:

a hayabusa is a Suzuki 1300r, and I have done one midengine rear wheel drive,30 shot no2 pushes 235hp on the dyno ,so yes it can be done,mine is a hill climb and autocross :lol:

Have you ever taken your car to the quarter mile? Found someone on youtube with a busa swap in a metro the video was him getting on the highway didn't look quick compared to a gt even with the car striped.
