Hello.

I have a 1992 Suzuki Swift Cabrio, It´s the only one that ever came to my country (Iceland).

Then I bought a GTi for swapping :ez_wink:

I´m going to let the pictures talk mostly for them self :)

So, you must have one of the only Swift Cabrio's in Iceland? Are you a metal fabricator my trade or is it something you just picked up along the way? You have my vote for "Resto-Vert of the Year Award". More Photos please as you continue with your Resto-Vert. :D :D

Yes, this is the only Swift cabrio that has ever been registered in Iceland, inported by the Suzuki dealer new in 1992.

Yes, I graduated as a car metal fabricator from school, but I have picked up experience from working on cars, working and in hobby.

Now, not much has been going on for the past weeks.

I have taken it for the first drive and I made a small video of it ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clBJ7STBvh8

And then I have fixed some rust:

..and fixed some more rust as well as getting the rear panel good after old bumps:

And now I´m working on the rear fenders.

Good Job! Again, I'm so glad that us folks in the drier parts of the Western US don't have to deal with the cancerous cars that plague most of TS. But it is inspirational to see all the hard work that folks like yourself go through to keep them alive.
