stage V isnt that with the 1.6 underblock and gti head
anyways your gearbox doesnt going to handle this power i think
standaard gearbox better keep it to 160 na or up to 200 turbood
even with those horsepowers you want a better clutchkit
and with turbo you want LSD if you dont want get wheelspin in 3rd gear all the time

this is my opinion based on dutch forums and knowledge..no experience my self with my gti""s with that kind of horsepower

lmfao jardamuth, no offence but how did u get a position on this frum? As 93sukigti said... Www.suzukird.com :) for all ur suzuki power needs, is $12,399 USD for the level 5 race motor, comes with everything needed computers and all, thanks everyone else, i will talk to my local gearbox guys about a doglock gearbox and get a hd clutch kit, box is already LSD :) i didnt do it, figured it was standard, maybe last Owner did it? Either way, last unresolved question is, will the chassis handle this extraordinary amount of power and what kind of 1/4 mile would i expect with a 500kg+ vehicle? Just wondering if i should also invest in chassis strengthening and a halfcage

And you believe SuzukiRD :ez_lol: :ez_l0l: , I am willing to bet Suzukird have never actually built one of these engines, they list it because they think they MIGHT be able to build one, like a lot of suzukird stuff it doesn't actually work, too many ifs, buts and maybes...

Standard 1.3/1.0 box is good for about 140-170hp depending on whether its atmo or forced, dog cut hubs makes no difference, I'm not going to waste my time describing the technical reasons as this has been covered dozens of times if you bothered to look.

Sorry mate but that engine is pie is the sky stuff, only people making 350hp with these engines are Gonzales and Dave Homer.

Oh be VERY careful insulting Jard\Jess, he's forgotten more about suzuki's than you will ever know, he's helped thousands of people on this forum and built many very fast suzuki engines.

Yeah, that was after he dumped me for Alan. But it's okay, they do a nice couple.
