By luck or design we're in the middle of going forward with evicerating our little 1.0l Vert. After not being able to track down a fuel consumption issue after 3 separate mechanics the decision was made to swap to a 1.3L GT, however I was hesitant as we didn't want a 5 speed, for all kinds of reasons. However we didn't expect to be able to get a 1.3L Auto, which was awesome.

As this is outside my barnyard mechanic expertise I've engaged the services of a true Swift Budda locally and we're half way through (he's taking pics along the way which will be updated a bit later when I get them).

However one upgrade he suggested was a replacement pod air intake filter, again for all kinds of reasons but mostly because it helps with the 'growl' :D

I haven't found one yet but thought I'd share a website that did a comparison of the pod filters that I found informative. We'll update the swap a bit down the road when I have some pics to share. Here's the site...
