I swapped an Aerio motor into my Suzuki Samurai over a year ago and now I need an ECU pinout and wiring diagram for a 2004 Aerio 2.3 liter. I have a fe bug to work out. Anyone out here have one or know where to get one other than by purchasing a $120 manual from the dealer?

Thanks in advance,

Sean

Yep, I put a post up there as well and get a link to an Ebay auction! I guess no one really does the Aerio 2.3 swaps in their vehicles? I swapped one into a Samurai over a year ago and it's the fastest damn Samurai I've ever driven bar none! Even beats the 4.3 liter Sammy I drove and the 1.6 16 valve Turbo Samurai I had so i figured someone on here would have done the swap and have a manual or at least wiring info. Anyway, thanks.

Totally driveable and a great racer:

Not the best video, but I leave trucks with big blocks in the dust now!

My Sammy with a 2.0 liter vs. Big Block Jeep:

Lotsa fun! More of the same racing coming up in a month so I need this thing running correctly. Right now it runs like crap when it is cold...hard to start, then once it warms up it runs great until you hit full throttle then iut starts cutting out. I really have to figure out this problem quickly. I also have a Megasquirt system, but haven't even started working on installing onto the 2.3 since I know nothing about the MS systems.

Thanks to turbohull and crnolic.

The Mitchels 2.3 Aerio engine management wiring diagram seems to be the easiest to read/follow for troubleshooting my harness. So for those that need it:
