For starters. Will a G13B 16V head fit on a G13K block to make A DOHC G13B out of a K or will they not mate up?

Seeing as I cannot find a G13B engine anywhere. I did find a G13K long block for cheap and was wondering if the heads would mate up. Or is this a pipe dream?

G13K

Bore is 2.913"
Stroke 2.972"
Compression 10.0:1, 213 psi

That's all the specs I know as of now. I haven't bought the engine yet. But as soon as that tax rturn comes in I may be all over it.

Anyone know if this will drop into a 87 swift/sprint?

not in texas. went thourgh this.
need EFI fuel tank.
EFI system for motor (unless u go carb)
hardest part is the axles. u need axles from a non North American market.
tho there are some conversion floating around. some one PM'ed me with an offer for the spacer used in the Mk GT 1.3

aside from that, the motor mounts in the same place, but the tranny is shifted over and will need a crossmember, or some intresting engineering.

some one mention haveing a shop 'make' a set of axles....

this is just my .02
