ok, so my buddy has nearly new nordic tires on his car. they are the same size as on mine (155/80r13) but his car is finished. his car is a nissan sentra 92, 93, 94. Will the tires and rims fit my car? He is offering a great price. Thanks guys... Im pretty noob and I'm good with some thing but useless with lots. Car specs are not even close to my specialty.

Also are 13s the best for my 96 fly? or 14 better?

You haven't figured this out yet?
I think the Sentra has a 4 x 100mm bolt pattern, but I'm not totally sure.

Bolt pattern is fine. I'm afraid of the depth and what not. I've been told that the steelies can fit different for each car (some go on deep, some don't some sit certain ways) But I may be wrong since I'm not very good with cars.

10 or 12mm wheel studs Depending on year/model
Bolt circle
4 on 4--1 / 2 (or 4 on 114.3 mm)
38-40mm offset
center hole 60mm

Here is one thread about alternate rims for cars

You may opt to check stores online. You can have plenty of options to choose from. Most probably one of them can provide the fittings and rims that you need.
