Ok so the other night i decided to take off my intake manifold. Everything came apart without any issues!( very happy) once i got everything off, i noticed really built up oil/junk inside the head and manifold runners!! i carefully removed the deposits as to not let if fall back into the head. can someone let me know what might be causing this issue? this is the first time the manifold has been removed also. car has like 150k on it. thanks brothers!!!!!

Best guess would be it's coming through the PCV valve from the head. There are posts dealing with this problem, Search a little and you should find them.
