hey guys im kinda new to the whole metro, sprint, coltus game and i would like to know if its possible to swap in a gti motor and turbo setup into my 96 metro. the metro is completely stock and lacking highly in power, plus im not a huge fan of the whole 3 cylinder action lol im very mechanically inclined just not to informed of the different chassis/engine swaps available on these cars...any input will help...thanks teamswift :)

its possible. Its a fair amount of work and time. If you want to do it, Try to find a complete donor car, it will make the swap go a lot faster.

1989 - 1994 suzuki swift gt for the engine, electronics, and brakes. 1999 - 2001 chevy metro g13 for driveline components (axles and intermediate shaft.)

arent the engine mount locations different between the 1.0 and 1.3 engine bay?
