I just ordered a 1991 nisson pathfinder front door hinge pin kit. I found out they will fit 94 to 97 geo's. They are about 1/4' to long, but the new bushings are the same as the geo's. Cost was under $10. Four pins and bushings per kit.

Pins in that kit are useless or were for me.

If you live in the rust prone areas, the bushings will be fine, the pin will have seized to the bushings long ago, the problem will be that the hinge connected to the door will have ground away at the pin, oblonging the hole and spread eagling the metal plates. I had to soak my hinges in a 15% solution of hydrochloric acid and heat it, for 2 days to get the fucking pins out, imagine my surprise when the bushings were almost virgin tight...

I used M8 x 70mm bolts with nylock nuts and heavy duty 'grade 9'(think arp style) washers to hold the doors straight. Then used the same washers and M8 x 25mm torqued to 17ft lbs to hold the hinges to door/body. It's amazing but the doors no longer sag.

Oh and use a dry lube on the door hinges after to prevent excessive wear and as well to prevent dirt building up.
