I picked up a Suzuki Esteem 1.6 throttle body this weekend and got it installed. Overall its pretty straightforward, the casting that holds the ISC, and the throttle cable 90 degree pulley thing needs to be swapped over since the 1.6 parts are not the same.
The 1.3 TB is ~40mm and the 1.6 is ~45mm, the hole in the stock manifold is also 45mm, so the intake does not need to be bored to accommodate the larger TB opening.

dropped 0.3 sec from my quarter mile time with only this simple modification. It works.

Yup. Did this a couple years ago. Picked up 2-3 mpg on average and made another swift owner scratch his head when I got around him on a ramp with a passenger. Still have a couple esteem tbs collecting dust.
