well its about dam time i found me one of these gems !! 5speed 1.3L 16valve.108xxx miles
it was hard for me to find but hey i traded a busted ass subaruu for it lol well worth it
its a lil rough but ill fix her up good

now its time to just sit and think all what i can do to it :)

tell me what u think ,suggestions?

with doors that rusty, I'm afraid the front frame horns/rails might be a disaster.

My dad had one with super clean body but the frame snapped due to interal rust.

check it out before you spend $1 on it...

ahhh i can always add some steel plates under the car ... lol
i think ima take all the rust dwn to bare metal and but that rhyno linin shit under the car .:)
i mean my 2000 metro was rusted out bad under neath . this isnt that bad ima take some pics of the rust this weekend

Looks like the same colour as mine. You need a tb from an Esteem, and exhaust, and when you're ready, a cam :lol:
Start looking for a 4.39 trans. My son said that of all the tings we did, that was the best mod on that car.

What would I do if I had one that needed some body/paint? I'd adapt some side skirts from a later model 4 door Sunfire (the straight ones), do a $50 roll on paint job in white, drop it 1.5", get some white 7 spokes, and make it look like a 2001 Swift GT. Not that I've thought about it much :lol:

What year sunfire? N a 4dr ? That don't sound right ..
I think I might paint it those 7 spoke rims are hard to find tho...
