limiter is in the ECM but you really dont want to increase it much anyways. the valvetrain and crank wont really allow much over 7k as it sits.

first thing i would reccomend is a cam. the stock cam in thses is pathetic. if youre dead set on turbo look for a td04 9b (3000gt) or 13g (89-94 dsm auto) both will give decent spool and run 10 psi to redline if you want. the stock actuator spring pressure in the 9b is 6psi and thats about all i would reccomend.

i dont know how the MAP will like the boost (ill be putting a 9b on mine eventually but havent done it yet). you really should look into at least a piggyback fuel computer and some injectors, a wideband, and maybe an ignition piggyback (unless you want to go full standalone.)

its kind of a double edged sword to do fuel mods/piggybacks. larger injectors will need to have airflow pulled out of the signal that will advance timing. you will want to retard timing with added boost.

i have yet to get any info on the flow rates of our stock injectors but i can tell you simply going from 1.3 to 1.6 on mine was enough to trip a lean code with my stock 1.3 injectors.

In your case i have to recommend getting the 98 non-California exhaust manifold. It might be more difficult to make the one you have work due to the cat

na i gutted the header cat and main cat custom straight pipe exhaust system that exits where the muffler used to be.cold air intake.was an auto swapped to 3.79 5 speed manual 195/60r15 tires all around exedy clutch kit.it pretty quick for a geo out the hole i want more top end power alot more without spendin to much.i know some cars u can turbo up to 7 psi with changing a thing while others not so much.engine swap is something that im thinking about too which ever can give me more top speed without to much hassle.

Funny everyone thinks that.

Not more than a passengers weight heavier than a z32 or supra.

One of mine is down at 2930 all steel and glass. I can still shave about 300lbs off
