Was thinking about lifting my 96 up a little. Maybe 1.25 or 1.5 inch and putting a little more aggressive tire on it.
Might be moving farther south to an area with a lot of gravel and dirt roads.
Was thinking if I do this, I could just add a spacer between the strut and the strut mount the same way trucks do the leveling kits.

Very similar to the black pieces in the front that are made for the SX4.

that will probably work in the front but it will screw up geometry of the suspension. for the rear go with sedan springs (might as well go with the sedan rear knuckle/drum too. its bigger)

I though the sedan bolt patterns wre different.

Thanks. Wish I'd realized that a few years ago when I could have bought some sedan parts dirt cheap off a guy.
For some reason I remembered that Suzuki built the 2dr and Toyota built the sedan. Being different manufacturers I thought they'd be different.

I put 97 sedan springs in my EcoMudder and got 2" lift in front and 2.5" rear.

Thanks VR4 and JohnnyMullet. I had seen the thread before. didn't know you could get that much lift from sedan springs.
